Materials
Premier Just Worsted yarn (1 skein or partial skein)
5.0 mm (H) crochet hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
1 button (¾”–1″)
Pattern Notes
Ch 1 at the beginning of rounds/rows does not count as a stitch.
When working in rounds, the first stitch is worked in the same stitch as the slip-stitch join.
After switching to rows, continue working flat with no joining.
BLO (back loop only) creates a flexible ridge and structured texture; this pattern can also be
worked in regular sc for a smoother look.
Finished base: approximately 3.5 inches across.
Finished height: approximately 2.5 inches.
Fits most standard 8 oz and 10 oz coffee cups.
To adjust for a larger cup size, add increase rounds to the base and add rows to the sides.

return to the first stitch of this row.
Finishing Loop:
Sl st into the first stitch of the last row. Ch 15, fold the chain to form a loop, and sl st back into
the same stitch to secure. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Button Attachment:
Sew a button securely on the opposite side from the loop, positioning it so the loop closes comfortably around it.
